Whether you're seeking compassionate listening, navigating life transitions, processing grief, or planning legacy work—here's how Season of Grace supports you.
Whether you're seeking compassionate listening, navigating life transitions, processing grief, or planning legacy work—this universal framework guides every service we offer.
We begin with a genuine listening conversation. You share where you are right now—what brought you here, what you're feeling, what matters most. There's no judgment, no pressure, just presence and deep listening.
We work together at your pace. This is where the real support happens—through regular listening sessions, meaningful conversations, documentation of your story, or whatever presence you need during this season of your life.
The journey doesn't end when our formal sessions do. Whether through ongoing conversations, rituals, legacy projects, or remembrance gatherings, we support the continuation of meaning and connection in your life.
Every service follows the Connection → Presence → Continuation framework, but looks different depending on what you need.
We schedule your first session. You arrive in a calm, welcoming space. We spend the opening time just getting to know each other and understanding what's on your heart.
You return for regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or as you need). In each session, you have space to talk about whatever's happening—your relationships, struggles, hopes, fears, changes—while I listen with genuine care and without judgment.
As you feel more grounded and supported, sessions may shift to monthly check-ins or occasional follow-ups. You've built a relationship of trust and presence that continues.
You reach out because you're grieving—a loved one, a relationship, a life change, an identity. We talk about who or what you've lost and what you're experiencing right now.
Through regular sessions, you have space to express your grief in whatever way feels right. We may talk about the person or thing you've lost, process your emotions, or work on specific challenges like difficult anniversaries or family gatherings.
As your grief evolves, we might create remembrance rituals, work on legacy projects, or simply maintain ongoing check-ins. Grief doesn't end—it transforms—and we support that journey.
You're facing a big change—divorce, retirement, job loss, aging, empty nest, relocation. We talk about what this transition means to you and what you need to move through it.
We meet regularly to process the emotional impact of your transition. You have space to explore your feelings, talk through decisions, and gain clarity about what comes next. You're not alone in this.
As you settle into your new season, support might shift to celebrating your resilience, exploring what this transition has opened up for you, or simply maintaining connection as you build your new life.
There's no rush. We move at the speed that feels right for you, honoring your timeline and readiness.
Your beliefs, cultural traditions, and personal preferences guide every decision and detail.
Every person and family is unique. We honor that uniqueness by customizing everything to your situation.
The first conversation is always a listening conversation. No obligation, just a chance to explore what's possible.
